A silence descends upon M.A.L.adyland

For those who haven't noticed, it's been two-and-a-half weeks since the last M.A.L. post. Could the head M.A.L.ady have decided to try to fade away to avoid legal action? Or did Mom and Dad give them an especially-long "time out" from the computer?

  1. It is a good thing. I think if they did or do keep up the insanity eventually they would pay the piper much worse. If you stir up a hornets nest eventually you will get stung. It seems they were hell bent on doing so. If they keep it up, it is inevitable. But if they fade off, well maybe things will be a little better for them (although justice is still going to visit them). A lot of people want to know (and are working on finding out) who it was!

  2. This is simply intermission...this is not over :)

  3. If it is intermission, then I can not wait to see them stung! It will be over, and it will be ugly for them if they keep up their stupidity.

  4. Local police have been paying visits to a couple of our suspects of late, and they're not done yet. More info to come.

  5. Right. Yet another Marc Adamus lie. No police are involved.

  6. Good! Let them pay the price for their very damaging LIES about a lot of photographers. I'd like to pay them a visit too when we know who they are.

  7. I am guessing that they are done. One month gone by and nothing but silence. Maybe they have been sniffed out and Marc will shortly announce who these bitter, deranged idiots are.

And you know this how? Either you're one of the M.A.L.adies themselves, or you're just talking out your backside.

If the former, find the guts to go post on your own blog, instead of trying to use this forum as a substitute. If the latter, you're wasting no one's time but your own.

By the way, though, if you are in a position to know what's going on (i.e. a M.A.L.ady), why you say "no police are involved," do you mean to say that those members of law enforcement that have contacted you may be from the county sheriff's office rather than the city police department? The F.B.I.? There's certainly a big difference between saying "we are under no legal investigation" and "no police are involved."

  9. Let's not talk about "paying a visit" to the M.A.L.adies once they're located -- this site doesn't condone vigilante violence. If you're one of the photographers they've slandered, far better to have your attorney pay them a visit instead!

  10. Send me an email address and I'll send you the police reports, Mr. LIES. If they don't have your address on them yet, they will very soon.

  11. THERE IS NO POLICE REPORT. How dumb do you think we all are.

What has been done is not criminal. Maybe civil, but not criminal.

  12. Nice of you to admit that what you're doing constitutes a civil offense. I'm sure that will be of interest to a judge in any future proceedings.

  13. So, I guess you don't want to see the reports then? Police are required to serve lawsuits when there has been a failure to respond, such as in your case. When you do receive this lawsuit, you will lose.

I must admit though, I do find your ignorance of the seriousness of the pending legal proceedings against you quite amusing, and I look forward to seeing you in court, Mr. LIES.

  14. Actually, LIES, quoting from Penal Code:
A person is guilty of Harrassment (a criminal offense) if
"He or she engages in a course of conduct or repeatedly commits acts which alarm or seriously annoy such other person and which serve no legitimate purpose"
Im just an ex-attorney, but if i were a judge id have no regrets locking you up ;)

  15. A challenge to Marc Lies Adamus....................if you really have police action, prove it. Share it. Post it. I dare you. Why not?

You don't and I know that, so do you.

  16. And how stupid can they be? So stupid that their BS slander defamation site is even still up!!!!!

Anxiously awaiting the divulging of their identity!!!

  17. Who was it? Who was it??????????????????

  18. I am guessing that if only civil allegations are involved that maybe the police report is in the form of an Affidavit of Service of Process or something similar that was created to show that the petition/complaint and court summons were served on the guy by police. If criminal charges are being considered as well then I am probably off base.

  19. Oh yeah, I'm sure my lawyer would just love to see me posting police reports pertaining to the case, which include addresses Mr. LIES has used and the networks and places Mr. LIES posts his garbage on the web for everyone to see. Yeah, my lawyer would just love that. How stupid to you think I am?

Do yourself a favor and listen to the legal experts out there - you're in a whole lot of trouble the second you are finally caught, and you certainly will be. There's no denying that, Mr. LIES.

  21. What a f-n WACKO! The reason the person is running and hiding is because what he did was WRONG in every respect! It was full of slimy destructive lies. When you operate honestly and with integrity there is NEVER a need to have to run and hide! If the person had any character at all or integrity they would quickly take down their childish slander site, make a public apology and then DISSAPEAR. But this is not the type of person we are dealing with here. This person is totally deranged and obviously wants to go down in flames.
